					Splashes at the Surf & Sand Resort Splashes Restaurant and Bar, located just above the sand with a breathtaking ocean view, serves contemporary Californian cuisine. Chef Lewis Butler changes the menu seasonally to incorporate the freshest ingredients in his dishes. Splashes purchases locally grown, sustainable foods including organic vegetables and hormone-free meats. Their seafood also comes from local vendors, with the lobster coming from just outside of the restaurant. 					Tabu Grill Tabu Grill is the recipient of the highest Zagat rating in Southern California in 2009, receiving a 29 rating out of a possible 30. They serve Pacific Rim cuisine, with a menu that changes seasonally to ensure that only the freshest California ingredients are used. 					Taco Loco Taco Loco is a favorite among local vegetarians as well as meat lovers. From their fish ceviche to their hemp-tofu burgers, all items are made from scratch. They shop at the local Farmers’ Market, use organic yogurt & tofu and only purchase fish that is harvested sustainably. In addition to their fresh menu, Taco Loco has also taken several steps to ‘green’ their restaurant, including the installation of a solar system and wind generator. 					Zinc Café & Market Zinc Café & Market is a lovely café located downtown. They serve fresh fruits, vegetables and cheese, all of which are delivered daily.
