Taco Loco

Taco Loco is a favorite among local vegetarians as well as meat lovers. From their fish ceviche to their hemp-tofu burgers, all items are made from scratch. They shop at the local Farmers’ Market, use organic yogurt & tofu and only purchase fish that is harvested sustainably. In addition to their fresh menu, Taco Loco has also taken several steps to ‘green’ their restaurant, including the installation of a solar system and wind generator. They also recycle and have a cleaning machine that collects water so it doesn’t end up in the drains.
