In fact many of the vegetables and herbs are grown on-site; the rest are acquired from local Farmers’ Markets and sustainable farms. The afternoon refreshments include wine, free trade coffee, organic cheese and other light appetizers. Some other steps the Inn has taken in order to ‘green’ their property include using eco-friendly cleaning products, providing linen made from 100% sustainable bamboo and utilizing an on-site compost.
